ZARD KOUH AND MOUNT DAMAVAND SKI TOUR

After arriving at the IKA airport, and meeting with the tour guide, you will be transferred to your hotel. After resting and having breakfast at the hotel, we will start our city tour in Tehran.

In the Tehran city tour, we will first go to Golestan Palace, one of the most famous buildings of the Qajar period. Golestan Palace is the place of coronation and rule of several kings of the Qajar dynasty.

Then we will go to Tehran Grand Bazaar, which is located near Golestan Palace. In this bazaar, everything you see is sold, and after visiting the Grand Bazaar, you will have lunch in one of the restaurants inside the bazaar. After the Grand Bazaar, we will visit the jewelry museum. In this museum, a variety of jewels – precious stones and thrones and royal crowns related to the dynasty of the previous kings of Iran are kept. After that, we will go to the Museum of Ancient Iran. One of the biggest museums in the country, where everything related to Iran’s history and civilization is stored in this museum. The next day, we will leave for Chalgerd (Kohrang) by van Toyota Hiace. We will be on the road for 6 to 7 hours, and after arriving, we will stay at a hotel or a local house. In the morning, after having breakfast, we will go by car as far as it is possible to drive and then we will ski. In this area, the goal is not to climb the peak, but to climb to the top of the passes where it is possible to ski, and then we will descend with skis. We will be in this area for three days, and we will ski in a different area every day. Then he went to Isfahan. Isfahan was once the capital of Iran, of course, during the Safavid period. There are many buildings left from that period that we will visit. Then we will go to Kashan and visit the historical houses, most of which belong to the Qajar period, and have lunch there. We will continue our journey. We will spend the night at the headquarters of the Mountaineering Federation and tomorrow we will leave for Damavand Peak. After having breakfast and getting ready, we will drive as far as possible and continue skiing for about 4 hours to Bargah at an altitude of 4200 meters. Upon entering the shelter of Mount Damavand, we will be welcomed with hot drinks and soup by our team who have arrived before us and prepared everything for us. After resting and arranging items of luggage, we are ready to have dinner and then we go to sleep after a ski climb. He woke up around 4 o’clock and after breakfast, he was ready to climb with skis towards the magnificent peak of Damavand Khawaym. In about 6 to 7 hours climbing with skis and then ready to descend, which of course will be less time. After a rest at the bar and drinking and eating, we will ski down. After arriving at the base and changing clothes, we will go to Larijan natural spa, which doubles the pleasure of skiing, and after the water bath, we will go to lunch, which is a barbecue with fresh meat. After lunch, we will go to Tehran and stay at the hotel and then we will go to the airport to return or travel to other cities.
