Wonderful Mount Damavand ski touring in Iran

After arriving at the airport and meeting the tour guide, you will be transferred to your hotel by van. After resting and having breakfast at the hotel, we will start our city tour in Tehran. In this city tour, we will first go to Golestan Palace, one of the most famous buildings of the Qajar period. Golestan Palace is the place of coronation and rule of several kings of the Qajar dynasty.

Then we will go to Tehran Grand Bazaar, which is located near Golestan Palace. Tehran Grand Bazaar is one of the largest traditional bazaars in the Middle East where various goods are sold. After visiting Tehran Grand Bazaar, you will have lunch in one of the restaurants inside the market.

After the bazaar, we move to the Iranian National Jewelry Museum. In this museum, a variety of jewels – precious stones and thrones and royal crowns related to the dynasty of the previous kings of Iran are kept.
After visiting the Iranian National Jewelry Museum, we will go to the Ancient Iran Museum. One of the biggest museums in the country, where everything related to Iran’s history and civilization is stored in this museum.
Then we will go to a good restaurant to have an Iranian dinner. After dinner, we will go to the hotel and prepare our skiing and mountaineering equipment. The next day, we will start the mount Damavand ski tour program by moving towards Plour, which is located 80 km northeast of Tehran.
After having breakfast at the hotel, we will leave the hotel in a Toyota van, and after 1.5 to 2 hours of driving, we will reach Plour.

Depending on the season and itinerary, we will either stay at the Plour Mountaineering Federation camp, or we will go to Lasem village, about half an hour’s drive away, and stay there in a local house that is already equipped for mount Damavand ski touring in Iran. In the morning, after breakfast, the Mount Damavand ski tour will start. Depending on the snow conditions, we will go to the start point of our skiing by foot or by car.
According to the type of tour, we will stay in Lasem for 2 to 3 days, and we will climb and ski toward the peak at the height of about 4000 meters.
After Lasem, we will go to Damavand peak. After having breakfast and getting ready, we will drive as far as possible and continue with skiing for about 4 hours to Bargah at an altitude of 4200 meters.
Upon entering the court, we will be welcomed with hot drinks and soup by my colleagues who had arrived before us and prepared everything for us.
After resting and arranging the ski equipment, we are ready to have dinner, and then we go to sleep after a ski climb.
He woke up around 4 o’clock and after breakfast, he was ready to climb with skis towards the magnificent peak of Damavand Khawaym. In about 6 to 7 hours, climbing with skis and then ready to descend, which of course, will be less time. After a rest at the bar and drinking and eating, we will ski down.
After arriving at the bottom and changing clothes, we will go to Larijan natural spa, which doubles the pleasure of skiing, and after the water bath, we will go to lunch, a barbecue with fresh lamb meat.
After lunch, we will go to Tehran and stay in the hotel, and the next day we will go to the historic and ancient village of Abyaneh, also registered by UNESCO.
And after the visit, we will stay overnight in a traditional hotel.

Then we will go to Farahzad village in the central desert of Iran and on the way, we will visit the city of Nayin and its old mosque and castle. We will stay in an old and clean house in Farahzad village with traditional food and camel ride, and trekking. We will spend the day on a safari tour. Then we will go to the historical city of Yazd, with many historical and religious monuments and spend a night there. And from there, we will leave for Shiraz, which was once the capital of Iran during the Zandiye period. in Shiraz from Vakil Bazaar. Nasirul Molk pink mosque. We will visit Karimkhani Citadel and some other places, then we will go to Isfahan and on the way we will visit the world complex of Persepolis. Isfahan was the capital of Iran, like Shiraz, in the Safavid period.
There are many buildings left from that period that we will visit. Then we will go to Kashan and visit the historical houses, most of which belong to the Qajar period, have lunch there and continue to the airport and you will leave Iran for your country with countless memories.
